Description

The photography service is priced at $1800. Upon scheduling the service, 50% of the total amount has to be paid to guarantee the date and time. Subsequently, 20% is due 7 days prior to the session, and the remaining 30% is to be settled within 7 days after the event. Invoices will be sent by email on each date.

For transportation, there is a charge of $0.50 per kilometre and the cost for food is $90. An extra invoice with these expenses will be sent within 7 days after the event.

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings may be cancelled at any stage before the event by emailing Murilo Mattos (murilomms@gmail.com). Bookings cancelled more than 8 weeks before the event date will be refunded booking fees paid, less a 15% administration fee.

Bookings cancelled less than 8 weeks and more than 4 weeks before the event date will be refunded 50% of booking fees paid. Bookings cancelled less than 4 weeks before the event date will not be refunded.

This cancellation policy is strict, please do not request an exemption.
